Billing & Subscription Policy

We offer individual and company plans plus a custom plan built to your needs (engineers, AI quota, storage, workers). Prices are shown in EGP or SAR by country and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made through a secure gateway. Your plan activates automatically on successful payment; some payment methods may require a short manual confirmation from our team.

Subscriptions are annual (or per the plan's defined term). Unless you cancel before the period ends, the subscription may renew at the then-current price after notice.

You can upgrade your plan or buy add-ons (AI quota, storage, engineers, workers) at any time; the amount is charged and limits applied immediately on payment.

Your invoices and payment status are available in the billing page of your account.

The published Refund and Cancellation policies apply regarding refunds and stopping renewal.
