In each project’s settings you set how it is supervised: in-house by your company’s consultant side, by an external consultant connected to the project, or not at all. With in-house supervision the consultant tools work on your own projects, with separate people on each side.
On an in-house supervised project a certificate passes from the construction side to the supervision side and then to the management side, which approves it as the employer, and the supervision-fee invoice is issued after the management side approves it. Subcontractor certificates are issued against their contracts too.
Record every expense against its project and cost item, compare budget with actual and follow the cash flow, so each project keeps one ledger.
A store per site with a live balance per item, purchase requests that pass an approval, supplier quote comparison and purchase orders.
Workers punch in from the Ta3mir Field app inside the site’s geofence, and payroll is computed from attendance.
