Project progress
Completion per phase from the schedule, a curve comparing planned and actual progress, and the latest update on the building.
- Completion per phase
- A planned against actual curve
Follow your project (progress, certificates, reports and photos) from a portal built for viewing and printing. You do not sign up for it: the engineer running your project, a consultancy office or a contracting company, invites you.
You see what your engineer shares from your project. Each section has a page on how the engineer prepares it in Ta3mir.
Completion per phase from the schedule, a curve comparing planned and actual progress, and the latest update on the building.
The certificates the office shares with you once approved, with each period’s net and the cumulative, plus the invoices issued to you and their payments; print any certificate from the portal.
Photos of the execution stages from site, and the reports your engineer chooses to share with you.
The approved documents your engineer shares with you, and the contracts shared with you by number and title.
The free engineering tools and Excel templates are fully free, with no sign-up and no email. You do not subscribe to any plan or pay Ta3mir anything for the portal: access is part of the account of whoever runs your project.
Three steps, started by your engineer:
Interim and final, step by step
When it is held back and how it is released
Why payments run late and what to follow up
Short definitions of contract and site terms
Check your spam folder first, then ask your engineer to resend the invitation from the project settings; a resend cancels the earlier link. If the problem remains, contact us.
No. An owner account works only once an engineer links it to a project, so the invitation comes from the engineer running your project.
No. The portal is for viewing and printing. The one exception is approving a document waiting for your signature, when your project’s approval path includes the owner.
About six months from when you are linked to the project; after that, your engineer can link you to the project again.
The portal works with the Ta3mir account of whoever runs your project. Send them this page, or contact us so they learn how to start.
Sign in from the same page everyone else uses. If your invitation has not arrived, or you want your engineer to use Ta3mir, contact us.
