Cancellation Policy

You can cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from the subscription/billing page in your account or by contacting support.

On cancellation your account stays active until the end of the current paid period; renewal then stops and no new amounts are charged.

After the period ends the account becomes inactive. Your data is retained for a reasonable window so you can renew or export it before deletion.

We may suspend or cancel the Service for breach of the Terms or non-payment, with prior notice where possible.
