Terms of Service

Ta3mir is a SaaS platform for engineering and construction project management (tasks, finance, documents, payment certificates, and AI tools).

The Service is provided “as is” to assist engineering and administrative work and is not a substitute for review by a licensed engineer or for official codes and specifications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account.

You must be legally able to contract and use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

You may not misuse, attempt to breach, upload unlawful or infringing content to, or send spam through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with notice to support@ta3mir.com where possible.

AI tool outputs are indicative and may contain errors; reviewing and approving them is the responsibility of the competent user.

We are not liable for any engineering or financial decision made on those outputs without human review.

The platform, software and trademarks remain ours. Content and data you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service.

Subscriptions and payment are governed by the Billing & Subscription, Refund, and Cancellation policies published on the platform, which form part of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time, effective upon posting. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
